Hi All,A few weeks ago we made some reservations for our Interrail journey. Those reservations were payed and we got an email that they were booked, but not confirmed yet. Besides that, they also don't appear in our reservation list and we did not receive E-tickets. We already initiated a ticket to customer services without any response. Do you know how we can resolve this issue? Our journey will start on 20AUG22.Thanks!
