Hi i am trying to book a trip in december for some reson i can’t book my seat reservations from amsterdam to brussels or brussels to london. Does anyone know why, thanks in advance.

Amsterdam to Brussels: just use the hourly reservation-free intercity train. It's a bit slower but you save 20€.
Brussels to London: the best website to check is:

It will only show trains with available pass holder seats. If you don't see any trains, then keep clicking on "Earlier trains” or "Later trains” until you find trains with availability.
If that doesn't work for you, then please let us know which date(s) you want to travel.
Add to last one of rian: forget it already for the superbusy days just before/after X,mas and 1/1-no pass seats at all.
