Eurostar reservation London to Brussels '' something went wrong with you reservation

Hi,

I tried booking my seat reservation for my train to Brussels from London on Saturday, After booking it I received an email from eurail with subject ‘Something went wrong with your reservation’. My payment has gone through in which they described in this email saying they will rebook for me or offer a refund. I replied asking eurail to rebook for me but haven’t heard anything back. I tried to book it again myself via eurail website but it says that the prices are currently unavailable. Through eurostar I also tried to book a reservation for the same train but was unsuccessful also as I don’t have a paper pass and they won’t accept digital. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I don’t know what to do as my train is this weekend. Thank you! :)

This is the best place to check the availability of passholder seats on the Eurostar.

https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#TravelWish

You can then call b-europe and make the reservation. No need of Pass Cover Number.

The phone call is rather expensive.

Right now there are pass holder seats, 2nd class  available on one train on the 26th of June. That's on the train leaving London at 8.16 in the morning.

The next available train is in the morning of the 2nd of July and some trains on the 3rd of July.

STRIKE! reigns in most days for trains in GB.

As such €* is officially bound to put you on next available trip, but that will not happen automatic-you have to contact them and be advised they are also overflown with such requests-exactly due to this.
