And if it is, how can we do that ? We’re worried because during our trip sometimes we only have 6minutes to change of train

You can also remove a journey from your pass by tapping the green "Added to pass” button. And by holding your finger on a journey, a pop-up appears with a delete option.

If you're looking at the journey details, holding your finger on a journey leg will bring up the option to delete a journey leg.

When travelling train trains are delayed, so we have to change plans and take later trains once in a while. This means changing the already saved journey for the day. But how? I miss a delete button or change possibility!

just add the new train to the traveldiary :)

If you miss a train because of a delay, then you're entitled to use the next available connection to your destination without any extra costs; your tickets must be made valid for that connection if needed. If an overnight stay becomes necessary, then accommodation must be provided.

See articles 16 and 18 of EU regulation 1371/2007:

https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=celex:32007R1371

If the next train doesn't require a reservation, then you can just add the next train to your trip and hop on. If a reservation is obligatory, then ask railway staff as soon as possible (e.g. on the delayed train) to check how you can continue your journey.
