Hello! I have an eurail pass for my family of 6 and now in the process of making the seat reservations required. I am having trouble booking the train from Torino to Roma Tiburtina (FR 9583) on August 15 2022. There is a “Prices temporarily unavailable” message and I can not make my reservation. What does it mean? Is it sold out? Is it too early? What can I do in this particular case?.The same happens in alternative routes for this day, and in most of our 5 days of plan trips during 1 month. Thanks in advance for your tips!!
I am in USA and want to make a train reservation for a part of my trip. By time I get to Spain the train will probably be full or have no Eurail seats left. I see that I cannot make the reservation from the Eurail website or app. I saw somewhere that I can reserve directly with TGV using a cover pass number but when I go to the TGV website I don’t see how to do that. Has anyone done this?
Hi guys, I will be travelling with my girlfriend in July and August. We are currently planing our route and will be starting in Santiago de Compostela. We want to visit Vigo, Porto, Lisbon, Faro, Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. On the interrail app it says seat reservations are required for nearly all of them. How and where do I book the seat reservations?
Hi I'm trying to book seat reservations for 6 people from Lausanne to Paris at 9:45am on 11 August. I get to the last stage of checkout and get a red error message saying 'one of the legs of your journey could not be booked. This is the only journey in my cart. I've tried many times and just keep getting the same error. I don't understand as the website says seats are available? I also get the same problem if I try to book the train from Geneva or a train from Lausanne at a different time on the same day.Can anyone help?Thanks

I bought first class passes for my son and I to travel from London to Munich, then Munich to Paris, and Paris back to London, yet no matter what I try, we’re unable to book from London across to even begin our journey. It keeps telling me I might have to buy a full fare ticket despite already buying first class passes for almost $1000. I don’t know what to do because we leave this Wednesday and I’ve been trying to get a hold of Eurail by phone for 2 weeks. Their response by email took a week and only said they’d try to be able to contact me within a week. We’re flying over Wednesday. Help please!

Hey, I want to take the nightjet from Rome Termini to Villach Hbf (first connection on the pic) on on Wednesday 25.05. at 20:17. The Railplanner App says I do not need reservations for that train, but usually you need reservations for all night trains. What do I do? Do I try to book who via the ÖBB webpage? Or do I not book and show them the screenshot showing that the app didn't ask me to book when they ask?
Hi - is it just me, or has the eurail ‘book reservations’ site been failing to load trains for several days now? I’ve tried in several browsers. I can enter the train stations, select my pass, but then it just gets stuck trying to load the available trains on that date? It previously worked fine (albeit with the various other glitches). Thanks
Me and my friend are planning to got on a trip in August. We have read that there are seat reservations required for some trains. We are wondering how early we have to make these. Is it enough to book the reservations 1 - 3 days before using the train or do they need to be booked a month in advance or something like that?Thanks for your help!
As for 4 days in a row all tickets from Toulouse to Spain (I tried Madrid, Barcelona, Girona, Pamplona) are sold out, I thought of trying local trains. I don't mind the change more often, besides it's a great way to meet locals and see more than just a fast blur by 250/h. But no, I can't find any connection. I tried Toulouse - Narbonne - Port-Bou, just over the border and from there to Barcelona. Nope, I have to back to Perpignan. I tried Toulouse - Orthez and then to Pamplona, but those are buses. I suppose the locals go by train too, don't they? I bet they don't take all a TGV, but just a train that stops at every tree. ;)Why don't these local trains show up?Anyone advice about how to get to Spain from Toulouse other than the TGV via Narbonne?
We have a mobile pass. Do we also need a physical pass and why are my reservation not showing in account?
Hi, We are two people going interrailing this summer. I have sent a couple of emails to interrail.eu directly, but they are not responding, therefore I am trying here. We chose the mobile pass when ordering the passes a couple of months ago and I have activated our tickets in the Rail Planner-app. But I have heard that you also need a physical pass? In that case, how do I get it, is it enough to print it out? I have not received anything by post either (which is probably because I ordered the mobile pass). And one more thing; we have already ordered several seat reservations. I have gotten the confirmation email with the tickets and I can find them in my profile on the website, but they are not visible in the app… Why is that? And do I need to print out these as well? Thank you!!
Hi Everyone,I’m new to this so please forgive me if I’m missing something. I’m planning a trip in late september through middle of October. I’ve bought the euraill global 1st class pass. So, am now trying to book seat reservations and every single long trip (eg prague-budapest. Budapest to Zurich) says seat not available...I’ve looked at the eurail and the obb sites and both say this. Am I trying to book these tickets too early (I’m hoping this is the case!) or is it normal for these seats to be sold out 5 months out? Thanks so much for your help….
Hello. I booked the train tickets with my friends at once. But I'm the only one who should change the travel schedule. Therefore, I would like to cancel my seat reservation. In this case, however, I have to cancel mine and my friends' tickets at once. Is there any way I can cancel only just my ticket, not my friends’ tickets.
My train from Aulnoye-Aymeris to Paris Nord has been cancelled. I’m waiting for a train to Lille to Paris nord instead. 1 train from Lille straight to Paris nord requires a reservation, the 2nd has 3 change overs in between Lille and Paris nord. Is there any way that I can get the first train for free due to my original train being cancelled?
HI I'm trying to book a seat reservation on the night train from Krakow to Budapest on the 18th of July and still this website doesn't give me that option. I have tried to book it on CD but i get to the last step and it says the ticket isn’t available at this price. It’s frustrating that i have an Interrail pass and i can’t book seat reservations on their website.
Hello. I booked a ticket on OBB that shows a direct train without any changes from Munich to Venice on June 8—NJ 40463. However, Eurail doesn't seem to have this itinerary and instead suggests that I have to change trains, though the arrival time is the same. How do I add this trip to my pass?
Hi,I am trying to book a ticket two weeks away in Norway, I live in the states. Whenever I try to book I get the message that my tickets would take to long to ship, and I need to provide a European address. When I provide the address off my hotel in Norway, it still gives me the same message. Is it possible to change the option to have my reservations emailed so I can print them myself? I hear of this option, but I cannot seem to locate it. Help!
Can't book reservation “One of the legs of your journey could not be booked” but it does not say which leg!
My wife and I have spent 10+ hours trying to book our trains for a trip leaving in 6 days and one of the legs apparently cannot be booked. BUT IT DOES NOT SAY WHICH ONE! We are beyond frustrated and have reworked the trip 6 times now and all legs show available until we try to check out. Then I get this error and cannot figure out which one is causing the issue. HELP! PLEASE!
Since the eurail pass covers RER SNCF only and not metro in Paris, looking online it says the Charles de Gaulle Étoile station is a part of RER line A but it says pass not covered? i’m obviously going wrong somewhere lol
