I won the Interrail Global Pass thanks to DiscoverEU program. I would like to book an Italian Frecciarossa train (from Turin to Paris) but the self-service system doesn't allow me to (screenshot below). I checked alternative ways to book the train and I'm confused about the information that I found (photo below). I have a mobile pass. If I understand correctly, I can't book the train with Italiarail with a mobile pass? Why is that? I found my train on ItaliaRail (photo below) Do I have any other option to book this ticket with a mobile pass at a discounted price? Or do I have to book it at full price (35€) at the Italian train booking website (trenitalia.com)?
I would like to travel by train from Florence Italy (early October) to Zurich Switzerland. Are there any direct trains? If no what trains do you take? We will have luggage are there limits, we will have two bags each. What is the cost?
I’d like to book a reservation from Brussels to Amsterdam but I can’t get an option to buy a ticket for the time I’d like to go. I’d like to take the 9:52 from Brussels MIDI to Amsterdam centraal At 11:44 but as you can see I can’t buy a ticket I will attach photos to explain further. For the options I can buy reservations for; I can’t find those times on the Interrail app to add them to it anyone know something that could help?
Hello all, nice to see such a lively forum here!I just spent 4 hours searching very desperately: we are a group of seven people and we want to go from Paris to Avignon on April 13. The departure must be after 11:30 in the morning.Unfortunately, the reservation app does not say if it is a technical error or there are no reservations available. But the TGV does not seem to be bookable.Now my question: does anyone know of a connection between Paris and Avignon on the regional express, and how do we get a reservation. Even if we did not need one, we can stand somewhere and set in the train.I know these are trivial questions, but I also searched different platforms and did not find a concrete answer.Or does it make sense to just go to a travel agency and ask? Have any of you done this tour before?Would be really really grateful for an answer. Thank you so much
Hi, I have a question. I bought interrail tickets for this year and at the time of purchase I downloaded the app and was able to see all of the trains between each destination and was able to plan it out. This was about 2 months ago. Now however when I try to look up train times for July nothing is available and the train times only go as far as May. I was wondering why this is happening as it was working when I first got the tickets but now I can’t check for July. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I couldn’t find an overview of booking fees when buying reservations/supplements for various trains. Next to online platforms, it seems that local train operators charge different fees when buying reservation at a customer service center. Does such an overview exist? If not, please add info below, ideally with an online reference. It would be great if Eurail can aid in compiling/correcting such a list.NOTE: This is not about the reservations/supplements themselves, which are well documented. Online platforms:Interrail/Eurail reservation service: 2 € per seat b-europe (domestic TGV): 4 € per bookingTrain operators (online / local customer service):DB: Germany - France (TGV/ICE): 3 € per seat
Hi I've been trying to book my reservations for a traintrip from deventer (NL) to figueres vilafant (ES) and back. a lot of seat reservations are needed, but i seem not to be able to book the one from brussel to valence on 26/4/22 and one frome paris gare du nord to amsterdam on 6/5/22 .anyone have any ideas on how to book them alternitavely? it says ‘ No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that the train is fully booked for pass holders. Please try searching for another connection or find an alternative way to book. ‘ but i see no alternative way to book. anyone?thank you for your trouble regards, Bram
Dear community, I have a question regarding my seat reservation. I booked a seat reservation for the train from Lyon (France) to Barcelona (Spain). Since the printed ticket for the seat reservation will be delivered after starting my journey and I will already be at a friend's place at that time, I had to indicate his name and his address as the delivery address. With this post, I just wanted to make sure that the name indicated on the seat reservation ticket will be my name, not his name? My name was automatically chosen as the traveller's name during the booking process, however, I wanted to make sure that everything will be okay with the ticket. Hello everyone, I am trying to reserve a seat on the train leaving HANNOVER HBF on the 18th of April at 14:40 for AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL at 19:00. Whenever I try to reserve seats I get an error stating “Please try to find an alternate connection. The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart.”On EUrail websiteBut the thing is, when I look on the DB website, there is availability on that train and I can even book seat reservations. I have also tried to mobile eurail website on my phone, but I can’t even add the seats to my cart on there. I’m not sure what’s going on, because I was able to reserve seats on a train from Amsterdam to Paris with no issues.Someone please help, I would like to hold the seat reservation in my EUrail account for simplicity when traveling.
Hey everyone!Situation: I'm currently stuck in Spain because I have to be in quarantine. Because of that I can't travel back my planned route and use my seat reservations. I booked all of them at a ticket office in France and Germany, so I don't have them digital, only printed with me. The first train back would originally be on the 18th of March. I already tried to check whether I can cancel the tickets on the internet, but DB said on its website that they aren't able to (I'm not sure about that though). Question: Do you know if there is any way to cancel or at least postpone the reservations? I have friends who would be able to go to a ticket office in Spain for me as well.
Hi everyone !I’ve noticed that some travelers ask for similar questions, but it was a few months ago, so maybe the answer has changed.My boyfriend and I would like to go from slovenia to serbia and then from serbia to greece.But impossible to find train which does those route.I think I need to go from Slovenia to Zagreb, ans then from Zagreb to Serbia (Beograd), but I can’t find anything…I hope you can help, Thank you :)
HiI am planning my first Interrail adventure. My first journey is from Sweden to the very north of Germany and is with 5 connections, mostly with short transfer. The risk of missing a connection is therefore present.When I connect a journey to my Interrail pass (not bought or validated yet) will the ticket be valid for the all connections or do I get separate tickets for each part?RegardsRobertPS: I will be using the App, no paper.
Hi, im having trouble finding in the page of OBB where to indicate that I have a EUrail pass to make a reservation on a night train, in order to this they are charging me the tickets, con you indicate me where I can put this info so I dont have to pay the tickets?

I am trying to book reservations for the following with no success:Paris, Fr to Caen, Fr - March 15, 2022 08:29-10:46 (4 seats first class)Paris, Fr to Brussels - March 18, 2022 16:46-18:43 Please help!! Hi there, I'm travelling around Europe for the first time using the Global pass for two months. I'm starting from Portugal then to Spain, France, and then Italy and possibly to Croatia. I'm having a problem reserving seats through the app. It says that for some countries reservation is only allowed at the station ie can't do it in advance online. Wondering if people found it relatively easy reserving at train stations or what the process was like? I've read that Spain can be tricky but there seems to be no other option to reserve in advance. I have alot of places that I'm going to visit around Spain so would be great to get some more clarity!Many Thanks :)
Hi, I was trying to book a reservation for the train from London to Aberdeen, but it didn't work. It said that that's online possible if you book it directly at a train Station in the UK. I'm afraid though that there won't be any reservations left if I only book it once I arrived in the UK. Is there any other way to book it beforehand? Thank you!
I want to travel from Paris St Lazare to Bayeux on June 6 and return from Bayeux to St Lazare on June 8. Reservations are required for these trains. I have been successful in making reservations on all my other trains on the Eurail phone app, but for every train between Paris and Bayeux on these dates I receive the message, “No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that the train is fully booked for pass holders.” Amazingly, this same response is given for every Paris-Bayeux train, as many as 13 per day, on each of several dates; I can’t imagine that every single seat on dozens of trains is booked, so I suspect a systemic problem. Has anyone discovered an end-run around this problem, including not making a reservation at all? I know I can take slower regional trains on other dates, but this would greatly mess up my schedule. Please advise.
Hi, I’m trying to book a reservation for me and my friend travelling from Paris Nord to Brussels Ziud. I have the two of our passes on my account so we can book reservations to be seated beside one another but it won’t give me an option to select both for this trip. I’ve tried to click both but it’s only allowing “1 traveller”. Is there a way to pay for the 2 seat reservations at once? any help greatly appreciated!
