I have made reservations and received a confirmation email that the purchase went through, yet when I go to “reservations overview” it still says I have no reservations.I have reached out to customer service but no one has responded to me. Can anyone help? What can I do to ensure I have my reservation?
Hello, I need to reserve a train from Warsaw to Krakow but can't do this online, it asks me to go to a train station to buy a paper ticket. Though, I'm in Riga right now and they told me I couldn't buy any tickets here for Poland. I'm supposed to take that train in 5 days and really need to book it asap...

Hi everyone,I've noticed that it happens quite often that the RailPlanner webversion shows way more results for a certain search request than the mobile RailPlanner App. To give a specific example of a trip that I am currently planning: If I search for trains from Innsbruck Hbf to Ljubljana on August 4th, I get 8 results in the webversion: https://bit.ly/3jLazaU. However, when I do the exact same search request in the app on my phone I only receive 1 result, which is the night train departing at 00:56. When I check this search request on other sources like trainline I receive the exact same results as in the webversion of the RailPlanner: https://bit.ly/3dKGBjv. This means the mobile app is missing many connections and since my ticket is stored on my phone and I can only save journeys in the app, it would be nice if the mobile app would be up-to-date with the webversion. I've already checked if I need to update the app in the App Store, but that's not the case so that is not what is ca
Hello guys, my girlfriend and I are currently traveling in Europe with the Interrail pass. Now we want to book our return trip from Biarritz to Amsterfam, because this trip goes via Paris and it is necessary to book in advance. However, we do not know how to do this. Through the app it does not work and through the reservation service does not work either. Could you guys help us with this? Hi guyys, I would like to take this train for my next trip but on the site bahn.com it is written "train is fully booked" and "passengers who have not het purchased a ticket should choose a different connection". What does that mean ?? I have to take another train ? I can't take this train if I dont have a reservation or I can go in the train and stand up but I wont have a seat ? I have a second question : Germany has been affecte by the floods. Are the trains affected by this also ? Which train are affected ? Is Theresa a ensuite where we can see trains affected and trains non affected ?Thanks for your help !
Hello,In August i will be travelling to Croatia (from Groningen). I bought a global pass so i would be able to travel from Groningen to Zagreb and back. when I want to make reservations for seats, interrail indicates that it is possible with several sites, including the German one. If I want to book there, the reservation costs 100 euros... Why do I still have to pay for that if I already have a global pass with interrail and is there a way for it to be cheaper?
Firstly, when I try reserve trains on a trip with more than just me, there is an error and no prices are shown and I am unable to reserve.Then as I proceed to make my reservation seperately, it won’t let me proceed to pay for them.Can anyone help me with these issues?
Hallo,ich wollte eine Reservierung für den Frecciarossa von Rom nach Florenz vornehmen. Leider wird mir für sämtlche Verbindungen “nicht verfügbar” angezeigt. Auf der Seite von Trenitalia sehe ich, dass sehr wohl noch Plätze frei sind, allerdings kann ich ja hier nicht den Interrail Global Pass als Rabatt eingeben und nur die Reservierung buchen. Warum geht das über die Interrail-Seite nicht, was mache ich falsch?
I'm trying to book a 13:30 train from Strasbourg to Nice, fr but when I click the review order button online I repeatedly receive a message saying "one of the legs of your trip could not be booked." I don't understand what is causing this message to appear and why it's preventing me from reserving my spot on the train. Though the train is schedule for later today, its departure time is still more than 3 hours from now, and the website said many open seats were still available. Why is this message appearing? I've tried 3 or 4 other booking too and all gave me the same message.
Bonjour après avoir pris le pass interrail Norvège, nous nous sommes rendu compte que tous les trains que nous avions réservé sont complets. Les contrôleurs nous disent qu’il faut réserver un siège, mais impossible sur l’application interrail ni en ligne ? est-ce déjà arrivé à quelqu’un? Comment avez vous fait dans ce cas ? le principe d’interrail étant quand même de choisir un train un peu quad on veut ou est l’intérêt s’il faut réserver 3 mois à l’avance ? merci
Hi ! I'm wondering if is it possible to join Denmark to Germany by the sea? I don't find trains and ferry in the Rail Planner App. I was thinking that there may be trains / ferries crossing the sea to connect Rodbyhavn to Puttgarden or Gedser to Rostock. Does anyone made this trip and could give me some information on this ?Thanks !
