Hello, I have to book a ticket from Bozen to Munich with the EC 82 . The train is fully booked for the 2nd class.My questions are:I have a 2nd class global pass, may I face issues if I pay additional price for 1st class Even if 2nd class is fully booked, OBB website forces me to buy this € 10,00 reservation . But I don’t get for what I should pay if I don’t even get a seat. The eurail/interrail website doesn’t tell me I have to reserve something for this route.I attach the screenshot
I made an earlier post; however bare with me please as I am new to interrailing!I decided to buy the 15 days for 2 months pass. I made an itinerary which on the most part has worked out; however, my origin is from Split Croatia and I wanted to take a train to Zagreb. The route requires reservation and when I am sent to eurorails external link to book them, all tickets from various days say I am unable to buy the seats. I have heard that Croatia allows you to buy tickets at the box office, hoping that is the case can anyone vouch for this? I am having the same issue with Zagreb to Ljubljana.I also planned a route from Vienna to Krakow and then Krakow to Prague, again with seat reservations allowing me to boo. This was the earlier post I made regarding this issue where someone commented back how Polish trains usually wait 30 days beforehand to book. Again, can anyone vouch for this? Hey, when i make a reservation on this site i have to enter my MobilePass Code. Does this - if done on my Computer - effect in any way my pass on the Smartphone? Or does it activate the pass? And which role plays the Trip I connect on the Computer if i have another Trip connected in the mobile App i plan to use for the journey? Hello, just lost my phone today on the train, someone found it back and left it in basel switzerland station. Tomorrow is my last travel day, i was planning to go back to paris but before that i need to go to basel from kehl germany. I cannot make reservations online with my computer, need help to deactivate my pass and add it on another device for tomorrow thank you !!!
Hi!I am trying to book seat reservations from Bergen-Voss and Myrdal-Oslo, but cannot get through the booking as the "continue to traveller details" button does not work.I have also tried to book on the Norwegian vy page, but you can only book reservations in addition to single tickets - which I do not need because I have a global pass. Where/How can I book my seat reservations otherwise?
Hi, I’m trying to book a night train from Brasov to Budapest on the 10/10/22 but it won’t let me proceed with payment no matter what time I choose to leave Brasov. I get to the last page but won’t light up. I also get that notification with some of my journeys saying “Please try to find an alternate connection.The unavailable leg will be removed fromyour cart” it doesn’t actually remove itself from my cart and when I try to remove it myself it won’t let me. so could someone please let me know how I can book my train. I’ve also tried on safari and chrome browsers
I only found out that, the reservations from the website don't show up on the app, after I had already booked them. I think I accidentally created two trips (one on the website and one in the app), but I only have one pass. Should I just show the inspector my ticket reservations from the website alongside my pass on my phone? Will I have troubles? I'm afraid that if I delete the trip from the website, my reservations will be gone and I can't delete the trip on my phone (although I haven't bought anything yet).Also different question but I made a mistake while putting in my city of birth for my account on the website. Is that going to be a problem? After all the mistake doesn't show up on the tickets and everything else e.g. my ID, name, etc. are all correct.Thanks for your help!
Hi everyone,I have to ask a question. We are going to travel all around the north of Europe and finally we have almost everything booked. But we have one problem. We will be traveling also from Tornio Itainen to Helsinki (start 2.9. 22:16 → end 3.9. 10:45) - seat reservation required. This train is normally in railplaner app and I can also find it on eurail reservation system, but when I want to buy reservation, it writes to me this (viz added picture). Do you know why? Did sth like this happened to somebody?Than I checked the train on www.vr.fi and its completely empty. I also write on their customer service and there they told me, that only seat reservation without ticket I need to buy it through calling their service or in Helsinki train station (in where I am traveling, so I wont be able to buy it here). Did anybody had the same problem and solved it out somehow?Thanks a lot
HelloOn August 22 I would like to get back from Praha to Mulhouse in France. Most of the trips that don't require reservation based on rail plannar require a lot of connections. And some connection at night makes me witait up to 3-4h at the train station (Decin)So i'm looking for alternative trip, like doing Praha-Zurich - basel - mulhouse but the timetable doesn't work out well…Do you have any suggestion as to trips I could make to go home? It can be a trip using 1 or 2 travel days actually
Does anyone know who runs the direct train from Aix en Provence to Barcelona? I have purchased a reservation and have a paper ticket and have looked on SNCF and Renfe and searched online and can’t find the train anywhere. I just want to check it’s running and on time but now worried it doesn’t even exist?! Thanks very much
Are Frecciargento tickets limited? Like with the SNCF TGV? The employee at the counter in Gent Sint Pieters first said that she could not reserve seats for Italy. After I showed her my tickets from previous reservations she tried, she said, but according to her no more places available 😡😡😡😡 I then called B EUROPE customer service at 16:45, open until 17:00, and I get a tape that they are closed!Scandalous!
Hello train lovers! I have an Interrail Country Pass for France and wanted to make a seat reservation for TGV Valence-Brussels. (last part of the trip) - From all information I understood that this train is included for the Country Pass France, but the system does not allow me to book seats to Brussels. Only to Lille.How does this work? Is it included or not? Do I need to buy an additional ticket and if yes, where and how?Thanks!
Hello.I have a mobile pass. For the train from Sanremo to Milan I need a seat reservation.I want to book this through Italiarail instead of Interrail because it is cheaper. The website always tells me that the passport number is not valid. What should I do? Is it not possible to book it on Italiarail as it’s a mobile pass and not a printed pass?Thank you!
I was planning to purchase a Eurail pass for travel both around the UK and on the Eurostar from London to Paris on Sunday August 29 for myself and two teenage children.How do I find out if there are any reservations available on that day before I buy a pass?If there are no reservations available, I will buy a Britrail pass instead.

Hello! I need to take the Praha-Munchen EC360 on August 22nd. But on the DB navigator it says this train most likely will be delayed due to controls at the border and the issues with migrants (if google translate is not wrong).I have a commuting time of 1h15 at Munchen then. Do you think it's too short? Had anyone had any delay with this train before? Because the same message appear for all line connecting Praha to Munchen. This trip is part of my trip from Praha to Zurich.Thanks!
The train I made a reservation for got cancelled by Thalys and I received the information per email that I can get a free exchange or refund. The train departs at Amsterdam Centraal on the 15th of September and goes to Paris North.When I want to cancel my reservation, I would only get back 75% of the reservation costs and the database still shows this train even though it got cancelled, so I assume that is why I am not able to get back the full cost yet.I already sent a request to the customer service two days ago; however, I can’t estimate how long I must wait for a response. Since this is a popular (and pricy) route and requires a reservation and there is less than a month left, should I already make a new reservation for an earlier train and then hope to get back full refund later or should I just wait for customer service to reach back to me?Other suggestions are appreciated as well! :)
I have an Italy flexpass 8 days/1month in 1st class for 2 people. as we are travelling from Rome to Salerno, then Salerno to Tropea and back to Salerno, then from Salerno to Bari. Then Bari to Florence and finally Florence to Rome. I had to add all the journeys manually to my trip and then to our Passes. I know some of the trains we will be boarding dont have 1st class, but some portions of the journeys do have 1st class.And I would like to be able to choose seats if I can. How do I accomplish that feat? I booked the rail pass with Rail Europe and the have to use Eurail planner app to book the trains. It is not a simple thing to do, and I have no idea how to get to the Trenitalia site to choose or book seats as our Rail Pass PNR’s arent accepted by Trenitalia. Is there any way around this? I have been booking trains prior to Covid and i never had issues like those that appear with this rail planner app.
Hello Community!Tomorrow (Aug 14th) I need to leave the Shengen zone and I have a departing flight out of London next week. I am trying to find trains from Paris to London tomorrow (Aug 14th) but they all say “Prices unavailable.” They are all Eustar trains. I Understand it means the Eurail passes are sold out, but there are still tickets available on Eustar. However, they are QUITE pricey. Is there a way I could go to the ticket office or maybe Eustar online and buy tickets from them with a EuRail discount??
