Hi, We are traveling this summer across central europe, & I’m having issues to make seat reservation for some trains. Here is the route:Split > Zagreb : reservation needed Zagreb > Budapest : no reservation needed :) Budapest > Krakow (PL) : can’t find a place to make a reservation Krakow > Prague : same can’t find a place to make a reservation. For trains inside a give country it’s more o less ok depending on the websites, but when going to another country I can’t find a way to only reserve my seat.Thanks in advance for the help.
Hi,I'm trying to book a trip from Budapest to Videle, but the only option is to be sent by post. And when I try to book it says that ghd simulation don't think I can receive the tickets on time (eventhough it's for early August, so in more than a month), so I can't book. Also not working when I choose an expedition directly to Budapest.Any idea?Thanks
Hi there, I have a train ticket for Paris Gare du Nord - Amsterdam Centraal on the 17th of July, 7:55 am. I've tried for over a month to reserve a seat, as it is mandatory, but was never able to book the reservation because the site was too laggy/buggy. Today I tried again. And boom! The prices are unavailable and it says it might be due to the train being booked out. I've tried booking for other trains that day and even on the day before or after, to no avail. They all seem to be fully booked. Anyone know what I can do? I've even tried going to my local train station, but they couldn't book the reservation for me. I've tried the SNCF website as well, but you can only book the full train tickets there. I'm freaking out, to be honest. My hotels are all non-refundable and it seems like I might have to cancel my trip because of this issue.
Good morningI have a doubt with the reservations because as Renfe (Spain) has indicated to me, to make the reservations I must activate my global pass. However, I don't know if I activate this pass so far in advance, it could expire the date of use because I have bought a 1-month global pass. could you help me?
My friend and me got a global pass for 2 month. We want to leave 10th of July and travel through France and Spain to Portugal. Now we wanted to reservate the trains on the website interrail.eu and found out that nearly EVERY train is booked out EVERY day EVERY time (we planned: Mannheim - Paris - Toulouse or Narbonne - Madrid and a little in Portugal). We know that we could use the slow trains but then it will take ~100h to get somewhere...How is this possible? We feel a little cheated because we bought the global pass for a lot of money but now we can not really use it?What are our options? Or how can we get our money back and just book a flight for the same money? -.-We are very desperate at the moment, thanks a lot for your help!Carolin and Anna
I bought a first class global Europass and want to take the NJ 455 train from Vienna to Berlin. But it seems like the system wants me to buy another ticket at $154 each for the three person sleeper or is that just the reservation fee for a sleeper? When I go to OBB it makes no mention that I’m buying a Reservation and not a new ticket. Where can I get English help with the reservation?
We bookes a seat reservation through InterRail.eu from Copenhagen to Hamburg, departing 23.56 on 2022-07-03 and arriving 06.15 2022-07-04. But when we recieved the ticket(printable PDF), the time and dates were wrong. It says that the train will depart 00.01 2022-07-03 and arrive 06.15 2022-07-03, which is the wrong date. Will we still be able to board this train on the night between sunday(3/7) and monday(4/7)?
You can book this train up to 90 days in advance. I have a question about the wording of this sentence. Does it mean you can only reservate before the 90 days. Or is it stil possible for me and my girfriend to reservate seats for the trains in the 90 days in adance time window?
I'm traveling between denmark, Norway and Sweden, and I'm in a wheelchair.I would like to know if I should take any precautions before each trip, or if the trains and platforms are wheelchair accessible.And if, buying in first class, I have a place to store the electric wheelchair, which is foldable
I have placed this order weeks ago and when I realized the problem, that I was missing legs of my trip to from Como to Zermatt and Zermatt to Paris, I notified them immediately via email. That was a month ago. I still have not heard anything and I travel in two days. I have requested a reset of my password because it says I have an account but I do not and I have not received a reset password email so I can set a new password so I can’t log in to view my reservations. Can someone please help me with this? I don’t want to have to buy these tickets out of my own pocket when I have already paid for the pass!
Hi! Tomorrow I’m starting my first Interrail trip! I have a few seat reservations that I have booked through the Interrail website a while back. But I have since exchanged my global pass for a new one.I noticed that on my ticket between Zürich and Como S. Giovanni my old pass number (ticket number) is printed. Can this cause problems with using that reservation? And are my other 3 reservation probably also connected to my previous pass number?I also noticed that my last name has been spelled wrong by one letter on two of my reservations. Have any of you experienced the conductors to be nitpicky about this?Kind regards,Herman
Hi fellow travellers,I have questions concerning the booking reservations for seats. I am new to Interrail, bought my global-pass with my gf. Our plan is to drive to France (with a stop for a couple of days in Paris). I am not sure how the seating for Interrail works, however when I want to book seats for the trains it says “temporarily unavailable”. Do some of you know whether that has to do with the technical issues Interrail seems to have, or is it most likely that there are simply no seats left on those trains. (leaving in August, more than a month from now). I am really thankful for help!Have a nice day
I am intending to make a reservation to travel on 1 July 2022, but the search button brings me to the 30 June schedule. When i select the 30 June train, it will be shown as 1 July train in my cart, which is correct. But the train is listed under 30th?! (There are no timezone differences, am travelling from Rome - Venice)Selected 1 July but have to selected 30 June train for it to be reflected as 1 July train Meanwhile, if i choose the train listed under 1 July, it will be shown as 2 July in my cart (blue circle). Which day should i choose? Besides, for my returning trip, I chose a train listed under 2 July and it correctly showed as 2 July in my cart. Is there a glitch with the website? please help, thank you all in advanced!
Hi! My husband and I just bought the mobile eurail pass. Can our e-tickets be printed at the train stations across Europe or can they only be printed at home? We’re staying in Airbnb’s, so we don’t have access to at home printers. Thank you in advance for your advice :)
Hi guys!We wanted to start on August 20 from Munich Hbf. to Paris Est, but seat reservation is only possible from France (Strasbourg). For the train from Munich, the message "It looks like parts of this journey can't be booked with us even though they require reservations." always appears. However, the train can also not be reserved via Deutsche Bahn, neither online nor at the counter. So do you not need a reservation for the TGV for the German section of the route? Hi everyone,I am wondering if all train travel needs to be geographically connected in a travel day? I am going to travel from a rural-ish German train station to a small town in the UK and will do the Brussels-London leg by a bus service because I did not get a Eurostar reservation. Will eurail count this as two trips given that I will pop up in a completely different location to continue my trip, despite it being the same travel day? Also is there a way to make this one trip in the Railplanner app? I am a mobile pass holder. Thanks for any pointers!
trying to plan a trip with Trip Planner however Planner won’t accept French stations Aix-en-Provence or Sarlat. Both stations are on the SNCF network and are reasonable size tourist destinations. Can anyone explain why I can’t add these stations to my trip plan? Thank you.
Hello folksThis August is going to be my first time interrailing. I have a one way plane ticket from Stockholm to Gdansk, and I am planning to travel around Europe from there.I was looking into night trains available from Poland. Interrail website says you can travel from Warsaw to Budapest/Prague/Vienna. However, I was not able to find any night train tickets on the ÖBB website nor the interrail website to make a reservation. Are these trains going during August? How do I make the reservation and find the tickets? Are there any other destinations available by night trains from Poland?All help would be really appreciated :)
