We have tgv seat reservations for next sunday, but the train has been cancelled due to strikes. No rebooking is possible because all alternatieve trains are fully booked. We have to revert to slower local trains.

SNCF offers a 20% reimbursement, but we cannot get this because the seats were booked through interrail. How can we be reimbursed by interrail?

We cannot find any information on the website.

Ask for a full refund because of the cancellation.

Thank you rvdborgt, I had not found this form. I filled in the request.

Succes!
