Unable to make reservations from Paris-Marseille on November 16

Hi all, 

I’m trying to book reservations for traveling from Paris to Marseille on November 16 using my EURail Global Pass. The EURail website shows availability in multiple trains, but when I proceed to payment, I get an error stating the current leg of the journey could not be booked. 

I am currently in Italy and will be landing in Paris on November 16, kindly let me know if there is another way to make seat reservations.

Have you tried the ticket office at an Italian train station?
