Is it possible to make this reservation at the station? And how much does it normally cost. I know it says from 10€ but does it usually cost a lot more than this?

Yes, you can book this at the station. In Italy, but also in Austria or Switzerland. the price is indeed 10€ and seats are available until the train is full.
