Hi, I saw that there are still some restrictions when traveling through certain countries such as Norway or Finland, like taking a test 72 hours before. Do these still apply when traveling with the train? Thank you, David

In most cases, the same rules apply also for train passengers.

In SOME=not all countries these rules are lowered for those in TRANSIT=means they travel across or stay less as 24/48 hrs. But for FI that seems a hard thing to do, except for air-transit. Quite another thing is how these will be enforced, but again in FI you cannot escape border checks. Very often (f.e. before you board a ferry or plane) this will already be checked before boarding-to prevent that company of having you to bring back
