We purchased EURail Passes and went online to purchase our seat reservations for our Train from Strasbourg to Paris. We click on the train we want that departs at 8:19 the next screen shows a departure time 12:19 with a different train. When I enter information each step the time switches between 8:19 and 12:19 with the final screen where you purchase showing 12:19. Why does the time and train switch back and forth. I tried different times and it seems to do the same thing with all the times.We live on the east coast of North Carolina and do not know if the time difference is an issue.Any help that can be provided is appreciated.
I tried to reservate a ticket for the Route from Bergen to Oslo on August the 4th at 1:49pm.I tried to contact the Entur Hotline but no one is entering the Phone. I already paid over 10€ for calling the Hotline.Now I tried to reservate a seat reservation at the Interrail website. But when I’m entering my adress (I also tried an adress in Norway) it always says that my order will not arrive on time. In my oppinion there is enough time till august the 4th. Hi I'm looking to buy 5 greek island passes for my family. I emailed Attica group to ask about the reservations 3 days ago and have not heard back. We travel in 1 month and I read reservations need to be made a month in advance. We are in the US so also wanted to know if when I buy the passes if I will get an electronic pass so that I have all the info I need to reserve our ferries wether it be online, via email or over the phone. I had purchased 2 mobile passes for me and my friend and didn’t receive any email for confirmation. I am already on my trip and will be leaving to my next destination soon. We are worried and don’t know what to do. I tried to resend my confirmation email but when I log in it says I have no pass purchases or orders or anything and in my bank account I paid for both.
We are travelling to Tirano from Varenna soon. I know all about the trackworks and there is a replacement bus. However when looking on the interrail app to add the trip it is showing the first part of the journey by train to Colico is "not in network" why is this the train is RE 10316.
Hi. We are a family of four from Sweden that will go backpacking by train this summer. We all have Interrailcard.I´m trying to find schedules and tickets for the train from Milano to Tirano on the 21JULY2022 but can’t find any? Why cant I see any departures on trendnord or interrail websites or in the App?Looking forward to your help.With regard Dennis
Hi,I’m trying to reserve a ticket with Blue Star Ferries using my newly activated 4 day Greek Island Pass. When I reach the reservation checkout page it tells me that ‘the document is not valid for the date’. The date of the ferry I have chosen is definitily within the active dates of the pass so I’m not sure why it isn’t allowing me to reserve a ticket? Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? It’s strange because I have reserved one ticket already using my new pass and it worked fine... Thanks, Nick
Hi to everybody! When I select the trip to book my seats the systems keeps on the loading mode… I’ve been trying wtih differents browsers but I get the same results and my trip starts in just a couple of weeks. Has anybody experience the same? any recommendation? Thanks a lot for your help! Aina
Hi! I´ve been travelling in Europe from the 11 of May till 14 of June.On monday 30 my celphone and my bag were stolen in Italy. The robber made me a disaster with my celphone, traying to buy different stuffs through websites and aplications.Now that I’m back in Argentina, I realize that an eurail pass was contracted with my name and with this email: email@example.com. They used one of my VISA credit cards to pay for itI never used this pass and it wasn’t me who contracted it. I need urgent refund of this money in my credit card. I don’t know wether someone used this pass or not, but if so, it wasn’t me.I wait for your urgent contact.Thanks.

Hello,From August 15th I will be traveling through Europe for the first time. I now have some questions about seat reservations. On August 15th, we want to travel from Almelo to Berlin. I want to book a seat reservations on the train of 14:45. I can add the reservation to my cart, fill in the traveller details and review my order, but at the last step of the booking I get the error ‘One of the legs of your journey is not available anymore. Please try searching for another connection’. When I try to book the same train at Bahn.de is seems to be possible. Also when booking at Interrail it costs € 16 (two persons and booking fee) and at Bahn.de it only costs € 9. This seems strange to me. My question: can I book via Bahn.de without any problems? I have exactly the same problem/error with a reservation from Wien Meidling to Utrecht Centraal. However when I try to book the train via oebb.at there are seats available. Me and three friends have activated 2nd class Interrail passes and booked almost all our trains and seats. We are trying to book the Eurostar through the weblink https://www.b-europe.com/EN this website provides. As we reach the end it asks for all our names and “Pass Cover number.” No matter how many times we put in our Pass numbers given to us they say it is wrong and we can’t pay for the seats without it. It says try on the paper pass but we have mobile.Has anyone else had this issue or a way around it to book the Eurostar? I have tried the Eurostar website too but can’t find a way to put our interrail passes in for discount?Thanks in advance.
My friends and I are travelling from Ljubljana to Split and have to get a 25 min train from Dobova to Zagreb on the way which requires a seat reservation but it is sold out. Will we be allowed to stand on the train for 25mins or will we be denied entry onto the train?
We are family of 6 (2 adults + 4 children). When I was trying to do seat reservation for 6 people, it was not allowing therefore I did 2 separate reservations for 3 each.Issue now is that the seats assigned are in 2 different carts (voiture). The employee I had on the phone yesterday claims that you can't upload the tickets you buy at the counter in the nmbs app??? Why are the conditions of the ticket not on the printed PDF document, but only in the PFD document that you receive by email?Something that NMBS is not aware of, or what do you think? There is 1 barcode on the document, for 2 travelers. According to the counter clerk, it is perfectly possible to scan this barcode twice. According to her, this certainly works in Belgium, so it should also work abroad.Can anyone confirm this?
