Extend the validity of my pass for the next year

Hi, I bought my pass (2 months) the last year but I have until the 10 july 2023 to activate it. Since, my plans are changed, this year I am in formation and I would like to know if :I can be refunded ? or, if I can extand the validity of my pass one year more (even paying a fee) or, if I can sell it in internet ? How to add a trip to electonic pass for a FEVE- trip in Spain?

The official in Santander FEVE railway station said that we can go into the train if we have Interrail pass, but How can we add a trip to our e-pass while the train we want to go with does not show in Planner of the e-pass? Do we need to add it or just go to the train?

Un aller en 2 étapes dans son pays de résidence, faisable?

Bonjour, Je suis française et j’aimerai savoir si deux trajets faits dans la même journée dans mon pays d’origine comptent comme un aller ou un aller-retour (dans mon global pass)? J’aimerai rentrer de Londres à Paris et dans la même journée descendre sur Lyon. Il s’agirait de mon allée. Puis mon retour se ferait en fin de voyage je souhaite faire un Bruxelles/Paris, et à nouveau rentrer dans la même journée sur Lyon. Deux voyages en un, mais aurais je déjà épuisé mon aller-retour en faisant (1)Londres/Paris (2)Paris/Lyon ? Merci à tous pour votre aide !

Reservations lugano to strasbourg (via Basel) for first class

Hi All, thanks for the super answers you are providing! At the end of May, my wife and I will take the train from Lugano to Strasbourg (via Basel). It’ll be a weekeday and we’re flexible but prefer late morning. In your opinion, do we need a reservation? Our Eurail pass is first class. I’ve heard from some in the community that you don’t need a res in Switzerland. OBB is selling an 11:00am reservation for about 10 Euros per person. Necessary? Thanks!

I have only used my ticket once in my own country and now I want to travel back from abroad to my own country. This should be possible, but he says it isn't. Florence to Bologna and Pisa

This is the route I’m planning tomorrow: Florence- Bologna, Bologna-Florence, Florence-Pisa. This will all be in 1 day. I’m sure it is, but wanted to double check, this is ok to do on the interrail pass? I know I could skip returning back to Florence but it works out quicker and I will be in pisa at an earlier time.

Seat Reservation(s)

Seat Reservations….a popular topic. Have already downloaded the the tickets...have my pass. Now, I need to make seat reservations for 3 of 5 legs. Eurail app is not possible to book seats. Eurail website is useless….in timeout when I try to advance forward on the webpage. Have high speed internet and 9-10 devices working just fine. Its not my internet provider its the website. The cute YouTube video on how to make seat reservations also useless. Any suggestions?

Help booking ticket with Pass in Switzerland

Hi, I bought a 4 day Eurail pass and am trying to book my first train ticket. When I go to book on the Eurail mobile app it is not giving me the same options as the SBB site. I am wanting to book from the Zurich airport April 26 at 12:15 to Schaan Bahnhof. On the SBB site it has a 12:15-14:11 option that does not show on the Eurail mobile app. How can I book that ticket?

FR and TGV Reservations

Hello all, we are a party of 3 (2 adults and a 16 yo child) from Indonesia. We plan to buy Eurail Global Pass for our June-July Europe trip. I need your help about reservations for FR and TGV Train within Italy, and from Milan-Paris, also Paris-Frankfurt. How can I do it? Can I have my friend who lives in Germany to do the reservation for us? If yes, please tell me how.Is it better to buy mobile Eurail Global Pass now, or later when I arrive at Rome? But I am afraid if we do it later, the reservation is already full since the time is already near and we have the fixed date for our itinerary. All the accomodations have been booked too.To make a train reservation, I think we need to have Eurail already, don’t we? I do appreciate all the suggestion and help. Thank you so much in advance. CLAIMING BACK AN OUTBOUND JOURNEY

I reserved a ticket for eurostar to Brussels on 10th April to travel on to Munich but also booked a flight to Munich and decided to take the flight. I deselected train journey from my pass but didn't deselect outbound journey. I tried to do this when I noticed it was still showing but it was too late since train departure had passed. Is there any way I can get this back?

How Do National Train Websites Know What Class I'm In

Sorry for my ignorance but I’m knew to the mobile app version of Eurail. I made a reservation online with OBB for a segment from Florence to Milan--my wife and I have a first class railpass (10 days in 2 months). The OBB price for a seat reservation was something like 20 Euros--but it asked if I wanted to upgrade to 1st class for an extra 4 euros, so I clicked it. How does DB or OBB of SBB know what class my pass is good for? Many thanks for any answers,Scott

Newbie question regarding flexibility of Global Interrail pass (X days / Month)

HiAfter retirement, I plan a global pass for a couple of days (in a month) around the end of this summer. Although I’m an experienced train traveller, a couple of things are still unclear for me regarding Interrail. My first question is if there is something like “Zugbindung” (like you have with traditional German “Sparpreis” tickets). In other words, if I plan for example for my first day a trip from my home city in the Netherlands to Munich and a train starting at, for example 8:00, would I be allowed to decide on this first morning to take a train earlier or later? And would I be flexible regarding the route, so instead of via Hannover to take a train via Frankfurt? Or do I have to take exactly those train(s) that I selected (“Zugbindung”) when I created the trip for that first day? My second question is how flexible I am regarding creating trips. Do I have to plan every trip (and thus every day and train) before I start using the Interrail pass? Or can it be that I enter only the

Urgent Help - daughter turned 12, cant activate pass

Help! I bought a 1 month global family pass when my daughter was 11. We are travelling today! Sat on the train ready to depart. My daughter has had her 12th birthday and I can now not activate her pass. I am willing to pay to change to a youth ticket but can’t get a response from Eurrail!!! Has this happened to anyone before and did you get it resolved?
