Hi, it depends on how long you would like to stay in each place in if you will take night trains or not.
In our timetable you can check the trains on your routes. The journeys you are planning for are quite long, but it is possible in 15 days.
A travel day is a 24-hour period during which you can take as many trips as you want. Here, you can read more about it.
Here you can find our Passes. You can either go for a 15 days Pass (15 consecutive train travel days) or a 15 day in 2 month Pass (15 days of train travel, spread over a period of 2 months). If you do not want to travel by train every day during your 15 day trip, the latter one will be your best option.
