Hello Eurail CommunityMy trip from Brig Switzerland to Milano Italy for August 21 has seat reservations for 2 passengers. How do I cancel the seat reservations for this trip which I have already purchased last month? If I cancel my trip, will it automatically cance also the seat resevations? Will I get a refund for this seat reservations? thanksNathaniel
if i don't buy a seat reservation on trains that requires it, can I just take that train and don't sit on a seat whitout getting in any troubles?

At last after 2 years we get to use our pass.Plans made moths ago reservations via IR, Oebb and DB as soon as available and app tested and disabled until today.Flew to Catania from UK and 2 nights in Syracuse. Printout of reservation for 1010 for Syracuse to Salerno in hand and passes activated. Journey added from trip.We boarded and set off on time. Ticket inspector scanned passes and looked a bit lost. Came back with colleague and asked to see tickets again. Started to reopen app and then he saw the reservation printout on tableImmediate calm and off they went.Highlight was the last boat train crossing in Europe.8 hours plus and arrived bang on time.
Hello, I am from Germany and I received a EU flex pass in April this year through the Discover EU program. Now I am planning on doing a trip next year in February or March. But the problem is that I am only allowed to activate my pass till January 29th 2023 according to the "Rail Planner" app. But as I got the pass in April 2022, shouldn’t I be able to activate it till Mai 2023, right? Even my travel buddy, with whom I registered at the same time, got it verified till Mai. 2023 Now I wondered whether this can even be correct and how this can be changed...? Thanks in advance! I booked a reservation for 6 of us from Barcelona to Paris on 4th October at 9.10. It said 'thankyou we are processing your order' and that it may take up to 30mins to receive it in your account. Well it processed the payment of AUD $336.41 however I never received any confirmation email and the reservation doesn't show up in my account at all. So it seems there's been a glitch and I've paid for 6 x reservations I don't have. What should I do?
Dear Interrail Community,Me and my boyfriend gonna start our first Interrail tour tomorrow. We took a flight to Istanbul and wanna go back to Germany. He has a 5 days global pass. The problem is now that it seems like he lost his first travel day (outbound) because he is not travel outbound just inbound. Is there a possibility to use this valuable ticket for a trip outside of the country of residence? Hopefully I was clear in my description. I tried my best to find the answer in the community questions but couldn't find that specific case.Thank you for thinking with us! Kind regards from Istanbul
I need help urgently, because I’m leaving for my trip in 2 days!My pass has randomly disappeared form the DiscoverEu app, and the my pass panel has also gone. I tried to add my pass in the Rail Planner app, but it says that I had already activated it and I can’t add it. @Nanja @rvdborgt I’ve contacted the Customer Service and sent a request today. Thank you for your help, it’s really urgent, I’m leaving on monday!
Hey!I had won an interrail ticket through DiscoverEU. I would like to travel to Istanbul and had already arranged my first few reservations. From Brussels to Videle I have been successful: sometimes through a detour, but that doesn't matter.From Videle (Romania) to Halkili (Turkey), I can't manage to book tickets or make reservations via the app. Since this didn't work, I tried to book a new ticket through the Romanian site, but that caused a lot of side issues. According to the booking, I would have to pick up my ticket at the station itself, but then when completing my payment, I also have to select a station, which does not list 'Videle' as a 'pick-up station' at all. I also can't get contact arranged with the country for the service.Is there perhaps a way to solve this, or to avoid the country of Romania and get to Turkey via a detour, starting from Brussels South on September 1, in the evening, towards Istanbul (pendik) or (halkili).Kind regards,Semih
We are traveling with a group and I imported the shared trips into my mobil app (IOS v25.0.0). I have activated my pass and it is connected to my shared trip. When I go to trips, it is empty, I do not see the shared trips. Am I doing something wrong? My friends on other devices do see the shared trips. Marjelle
