¡Hola a todos!Necesito ayuda urgente porque estoy viajando ahora mismo en tren y la app Rail Planner me ha dejado tirado.He intentado mover mi pase móvil a un teléfono nuevo, pero el QR que generaba la aplicación llevaba a un enlace que daba error (404). Después probé a introducir los datos manualmente varias veces y, al parecer, el sistema se bloqueó por seguridad. Ahora ya no me aparece la opción de “Mover pase”, solo el mensaje “Contáctenos”.Ya he enviado el formulario de soporte urgente con mi número de pase y el Device ID de mi teléfono, pero todavía no he recibido respuesta y el revisor pasará en cualquier momento.¿A alguien le ha ocurrido algo parecido mientras estaba de viaje? ¿Cómo actuó el revisor? ¿Suelen ser comprensivos cuando se trata de un fallo de la aplicación si puedes enseñar el correo de compra o la confirmación del pase, o podrían poner una multa igualmente?Cualquier experiencia o consejo me vendría genial. ¡Muchas gracias!

Landing at Schiphol late tomorrow with my 7yo. Was gonna make the last Eurostar train, but they cancelled the stop and I dont think we can make it to Amsterdam Centraal on time. Already booked stay in Brussels.Taking to long to get answers through interrail (or my nerves think so at least).The late arrival and travelling alone with a young child makes it less flexible. I have not been to Netherlands or Belgium since I was a child myself - and have not done enough research for this to happen.Is there anyone who could give me tips or have thoughts on what would be the best way to travel from Schiphol to Brussels tomorrow around the time 21.00? I am afraid to end up with a new train which also is affected by thee disruption and getting stuck somewhere or travelling for hours this late into the night with a small child.Help, please?

Dear Hive Mind,We had Eurail tickets booked from Bologna to Munich (3rd July) on FR 8502, but this train is now not running because of the closure of the line from Bologna to Padua.We then tried to book from Bologna to Munich on RJ 88 via Verona and Trento but for some reason the Eurail site is not allowing this booking to proceed. It currently says ‘there’s a technical error on our end and please check later’. Any solutions please? Thank you.

Hi everyone, It's my first travelling with Interrail and the Strike in Italy fell on one of my traveling dates. I have two seats booked. However as I see on trenItalia that option seems not available?I saw online on the TrenItalia website some kind of guarantee trains in the event of a strike? But those trains does not appear on the Rail Planner nor TrenItalia. Hello, I’m Planning to take the EC 459 Canopus/EN 40459 from Mannheim HBF to Praha hl.n. I am aware the rule for sleeper trains is that you have to have a pass valid only for the departing date, not the arriving date.However, if the train scheduled for  23:40 arrival to Mannheim gets delayed and arrives past midnight, am I now unable to board the train? Thanks in advance!

Good morning,I’m a little confused about my Eurostar booking. I had an email yesterday saying:“We’ve had to make some changes to the timings of your Eurostar journey 9148 on Friday 14 August to Lille Europe  due to engineering works.Your train will now be leaving later from London St Pancras Int'l at 18:34 and will arrive in Lille Europe at 21:06.” However, I can see that my original train is still running (the 17.04) and you can even still buy tickets for it. I’d much rather be on this train than the later one. Does anyone know what this is about? I’ve contacted them via their form but it looks like it can take a while for them to respond (up to 28 days). Thank you.

Hi all. I'm going from Interlaken West to Roma Termini on August 2nd this summer. Whenever I look at possible trips for this route, there's an issue from Milano Centrale to Roma Termini. On this date, there seem to be no high-speed Frecciarossa trains at all. Whenever I look at dates from July and before, they run multiple times per hour. Does someone know if there's a reason for this? I'd prefer for it to not take 10 hours to get from Milan to Rome :)

Hi, I planned to travel from Venice (S. Lucia) to Florence on April 11th, 2026. I just login to the site and it says that I created a trip yesterday with only traveller being myself. When I tried to delete it it says I need to delete the Travellers first. But when I go to edit Travellers it says I can't edit the travellers nor delte them. How can I delete this trip? I won't be going on a trip till this June with my friend.

We are currently in a terrible place with our 10 day in 2 months trip. We're hiring our second car tomorrow and it looks likely that we'll have to fly from Málaga to Barcelona next week. We are going to be seriously out of pocket. I've checked with our insurance company and it's likely that we're not covered for any of this. Interrail have already given us a day's travel back, but that's of no use whatsoever.Is anyone else battling with all this?
