I can't add travels to my pass but it still has 4 travel days last, im travelling with my card that I was able to win trough discover eu, but today I was sitting at the trainstation and it kept saying "please try again or contact customer service if it keeps happening"

I have contacted them but have read that it can take days for them to reply. And know im a little shaken up because im in the middle of nowhere in austria alone at a random trainstation
