Hola! En julio me voy a Grecia, he comprado el Pase pero no lo he activado aún dado que queda bastantes meses. He intentado reservar los asientos del ferry, pero no me deja. ¿Puede ser que sea porque es muy pronto?

Good afternoon, I am a 1st time interrailer and i am starting to think the I have made a mistake.I have purchased myself and my daughter a 4 day global pass and have used it so far to book eurostar from UK to Paris.My plan was to travel up to Zurich and go on the Benina express and then backdown via Milan before coming home again via Paris.I cannot get  TGV out of Paris to anywhere, even trying to go indirectly.  I have tried to go straight to Zurich,  or via Strasborg or Basel, all of them on are showing as sold out on the TGV reservations.Even using regional trains is showing I need to do a little bit of the journey on a TGV- I think around Basel.Any ideas …. or any suggestions on a different itinerary to try?Much appreciated. 

On Wednesday, sncf will publish their trains for the summer. Can I book on Interrail as well? Or is there a time lag? And is it true that Interrail only has a limited number of seats? Thanks :)

I sent a request to Customer Service to deactivate my pass on my old phone which I no longer had as it is completely broken.  I got a reply which said told me to deactivate the pass on my old phone which I no longer have.I replied to the email explaining why I couldn’t do this.  Will customer service respond to this email, or should I create a new request?

Hi,I bought my pass last year and want to start my trip next week. Now I wanted to add my pass to my mobile with my name and pass number. I got the confirmation that a 6-digit verification code will be sent to my email adress. However I do not receive that code. I checked also Spam of course. Can someone help ?Thanks Uwe 

Hi, we wanted to book our tickets in advance but our passports needs renewing (currently in the process)We cannot book without valid passport, can the data be edited later?thank you!

We are planning a trip in May and want to book tickets from Krakow to Bratislava. The interail application does not seem to allow this. Is it because it is too far in advance or should we be using a different site

¡Buenos días!         Estoy organizando un  viaje a Roma, para este agosto, con mi familia. Nos gustaría ir en tren, a ser posible en nocturno. Soy nueva y no sé cómo realizar las mejores opciones. Sin muchos transbordos.   Gracias por la ayuda

Bonjour,Je teste pour la première fois Interrail et après avoir acheté 4 pass, je suis bloquée dès le premier trajet que je veux effectuer. Pour aller de Lyon à Mannheim en Allemagne, il m’est indiqué que “Les places réservées aux détenteurs du Pass sont probablement épuisées.” Est-ce possible ???Je prévois de partir le 18 juillet et nous sommes le 8 mars….Qu’en pensez-vous ?Comment faire ? 

Hi all. We have bought our Eurail passes. I have followed the instructions to book on the obb.at site, but it still says that it will cost EUR 469 to book sleeper berths on the train. Is this correct? I thought the booking fee was only about 40 EUR? Can someone please clarify? Thank you.

Trying something different this year and doing a trip via rail.Just over two weeks and going to quite a few places and hoping for some advice.About half the journeys we have booked reservations. What happens if we miss the train due to one of the “non” reserved journeys being delayed?On the trip on the app should we add the journeys that have reservations?Any other good advice?

Hi,  I've booked seat reservation for London to Paris and then Brussels to London.  I've two email confirmations, one for each journey but I've been charged twice for each journey. Can this be resolved? 

What happens if I don't make a reservation on a "reservations optional" train.  Will I be able to stay on the train if I can't find a seat?

Good morning community. It looks like there are two trains from Ams to Zurich Hbf.One is the Nightjet NJ403 (where we have to change trains in Basel to the IC 559), arriving at Zurich at 0726.The other train is the IC60403 which goes straight through to Zurich Hbf arriving at 0805. My question is, which is the option that has the sleeper beds? We are a family of four and want to travel and sleep on the train - it looks like the couchettes are the best option as the sleeper cabins can only take three people. Grateful advice please.thank youAlison

Hi! This is my first interrail trip and i am confused… I want to start my Trip on Friday, in France, on a tgv train. I booked the additional reservation some days ago but when I want to add the trip to my pass now, it says: trip not included in the network. What does that mean?  

Ik zou het leuk vinden om dit met iemand te kunnen delen, mijn passie voor treinreizen. Man of vrouw maakt mij niet uit. Leeftijd 25-30. Ps. Ik ga donderdag naar een railtech beurs, mocht er iemand mee willen kan dat.
