App gives me train services but when I try to book seats message is passnot valid

Hi! If you receive a message saying that a train will not depart as planned (and no further information) but you see in the app that it will take a different route can you still take it with your reservation? Nightjet 457 was supposed to depart 20 13 from Berlin hbf but is now scheduled 20 25 from Berlin suedkreuz and going to Breclav instead of straight to Wien hbf. 

Hello, I am a student from Asia, and this summer I will be in Europe for the first time in my life.I plan to go to Switzerland for a few days, and then take the ÖBB Nightjet (seats only) to Berlin. However, I've tried several times, and it says the seat cannot be booked (see attached pictures for reference).What confuses me is that I chose to purchase the beta pass instead of the normal ones because it stated that no additional reservation fees are required. It also did not clearly mention any limitations with the pass. The train I want to reserve is about three weeks from now, but the system says the reservation must be made in paper form.So, do I need to give up on the Nightjet and find another way to travel to Berlin? 

Does anyone know how to use the discount for MOCO museum?I followed the instructions and use the code but it is invalid  

The Frecciarossa train from Milano to Modane is not included in the interrail pass, thoguh it says it will be soon. I am travelling on august. Do anyone have more information about this? Thank you very much, Adri

Hi guys! Would be interesting to make a collection of experiences with train cancellations, missed connections and being stranded etc and what solutions the companies provided. Ideally also with a year provided because experiences may change over time.  I will start with two recent experience: November 2025 (RENFE, Spain): I missed my AVE from Madrid to Montpellier because of a delay coming from Andalusia. At the help desk in Atocha they wanted to offer me a hotel free of charge and that I could use the same train the next day. But as I had to be at home in Austria the next evening, I asked if I could go to Barcelona and take the AVE to Lyon the next morning. They agreed, gave me a hand written seat reservation for the next AVE to Barcelona and said I should go there to the customer service.In Barcelona the staff was everything but friendly and said it’s two different companies blabla and that they can’t provide hotel. Hello,is the scenery worth on the route from Lübeck to Copenhagen through the ferry Puttgarden - Rødby ? Do you have any suggestion for a nice overnight stop accessible by train in southern Zealand ?I could only find a nearly two hours long bus ride from Lübeck to Puttgarden (no train even for part of the journey). And another bus after the ferry to reach Maribo. Furthermore, I read about the Sydbanen rail works. So I do hesitate to take this route this summer.Thanks for any advice.

We have made a jounrey on our German Rail Twin Pass for a trip from Salzurg to Nuremburg. The trip is on two parts - Salzburg to Munich and Munich to Nuremburg, all in one day.  When we try to book seats from Salburg to Munich,  we get a message that “one or more passes don’t cover this journey”, yet it does allow us to book the trip!  Does this simply mean that “No seat reservations” are available?   Seats for Munich to Nuremburg are listed as unavailbe until 90 days before departure.

I have a global pass . I can’t book seats on db site from Hamburg to Copenhagen for July 20 th. Is there a problem with the trains or the website. The website shows all trains are there

Hello. I have a four day Senior First class pass and I want to travel to Paris from Glasgow in December.  Can I use Day 1 to travel to London and then Day 2 to get to Gare du Nord.  I am planning to do Paris to Glasgow in a one-r on the return leg.

Hi, My friends and I were trying to book seat reservations to travel from Budapest to Split departing the 9th of July. We have de Interrail Global Pass. But, in the website it seems that there are not reservations available for train NT 1880, so I wanted to know if they are going to be available or if they are sold out, and if that is the case what could I do. Also I would like to know if there are other alternatives that could match my journey. Thank you and I wait for your answer !

I can't log in to my discover EU app. I was logged in yesterday and was planning to travel tomorrow but it won't allow me to log in. Initially the error message said to get the interrail eurail app instead (I think I accidentally made an account but I have since deleted that account) but now the error message says they are having technical difficulties. What should I do? I tried to reset my password and that didn't work and logging in with socials (Google) also doesn't work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am traveling tomorrow ☺️Thanks

Hi. We are travelling next Thursday (4th June) using iterrail-M passes through a travel agent. I have loaded all the pass details onto my phone for us both but not activated either yet. Can I copy this to the other phone as backup then activate them if my phone gets lost or dies?What is the procedure if I have t activate the passes on the other phone?

I’m reserving my seats for the trains, and it’s not giving me the option to book first class seats but I payed for a first class pass, why is this as it is ridiculous 

Hi! When i try to activate a trip's ticket, it says that this action will last 20 mins and 1 travel day will be used. What I need is a copy of my ticket to send to a specific person and also print out so that i can carry it with me as a paper just in case. How can i access the ticket without using a travel day?

Hi everyone! I’m planning my first trip to Europe (14 days) in late July and would really appreciate advice—especially when it comes to train travel, since I’ve never used trains before.Trip Overview - Flying into Naples and flying out of Zurich. Traveling north through Italy into Switzerland.Places I would like to visit:Amalfi Coast Rome Venice Lake Como Possibly Cinque Terre (still debating) Then heading into Switzerland (not sure where yet)Since I’ve never traveled by train, I’m a bit overwhelmed trying to decide:Should I buy individual train tickets for each leg? Or would it make more sense to get something like a rail pass? If so which one? Hi there, I know Thameslink is included in the Interrail pass but I can’t find anyway to add their services to the pass via the Rail Planner app (going from Gatwick airport to Tottenham Hale). Is there any way to do this or will any inspector accept an Interrail ticket even if the journey hasn’t been added-I just want to avoid any potential trouble!
