I’m traveling in France and Belgium on October 3rd and 4th! I am not able to buy any tickets! I was looking at Paris to Brussels on Oct 3. I was looking at Bruges to Amsterdam Oct 4. i’ve been looking since the beginning of june and it has said the same message every time. no seats available at this time. I’m wondering why this is. I asked the eurrail customer service team and they said check back in a week. it’s been about a month now and i’m very curious. Thank you to anyone who can help!

I am trying to book the 01:06 Offenburg to Hanau Hbf, on the 8th August (as shown in image). All signs point towards it being available, but when i reach a certain page it tells me the reservation ‘cannot be made’. Can someone help me find this trip elsewhere or diagnose the issue? Please!

I have a reservation from Lyon Part Dieu to Gare du Nord. However, I have discovered that the train I'm booked on starts at Lyon Perrache, which is near my hotel. Can I amend the reservation free if charge so that it starts at Lyon Perrache, or should I just buy a ticket for the journey between the the 2 stations - it's only a small amount.

I am trying to reserve seats from Brussels - Midi to London St Pancras, but when I enter Brussels the list of stations there does not include Midi. It does allow me to book from Brussels - Centraal to London St Pancras, but it goes to Midi and then we have to change trains and I want to avoid that.I know that others have booked from Midi - how do I get the computer to allow it please?

Hello everyone,At first thank you for your help.I am a Belgian student I would like visit a close friend some weekends but she lives in the south France near Aix en Provence. Normal tickets can become very expensive and I would go there only for short periods because of work during the week. I wanted to know if there exists an abonnement to travel in Belgium to Belgium (from my city to the capital) then from Belgium to Aix en Provence (from Brussels capital) ?I am looking also at flexybus but travels are sometimes too long.Thank you for your advices in advance,Best,

Bought the euro rail global pass 10 days within two months. Not sure about activation. I have read and researched so much I think I’ve completely confused myself. Flying into Germany and taking a train to Amsterdam so  that is when I will activate my pass. Will I need to do anything else? Since it is not a continuous pass, will I have to activate it every day I plan to use it? when I bought it. My trip was only 12 days but now I’ve changed my mind and I’m staying 25 days. now I’m thinking I am going to run out of days. The countries I’m visiting, Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Switzerland. I figure Switzerland is the most expensive country I’ll be visiting.  I know the euro pass gives me discounts on the ferries, cogwheel trains, aerial gondolas, etc. but  if I don’t use any days in Switzerland, will I still be able to use the Euro pass benefits for these things. So I got a pass, added all my trips and activated it but when I wanted to reserve seats the application told me to add a traveller I tried to login using my pass number and last name but it gave an error details don't match 

Travelling from Amsterdam to Copenhagen on 8th August.  An email received  on 25 July from DB says to find alternative connection for our journey because of a timetable change but the info on their email shows a connection we did not book.  First leg and final leg match our journey but the second leg has a different train listed though the times are the same.  First leg 1000 hours Amsterdam to Osnabrück Hbf   ICE 145Second Leg /journey 1323 hours Osnabrück Hbf to Hamburg Hbf  says ‘ICE 2532 Direction Hamburg Hbf’  however this is not the train I have a booking for.  We booked /have a reservation for the  ICE 202 arriving Hamburg 1515 hours.Final leg/journey is 1628 hours Hamburg Hbf to Copenhagen on the  RJ 13462 Direction Koebenhavn Following the link on their email I get to a page that has a link to the pdf for our original reservations and further below the seat reservation info there is then a heading saying  ‘Your alternative travel itinerary on Sat 8. Hi, I booked two tickets with Discover (one for myself and one for a friend) and received the confirmation email with the tickets. However, today I got an email asking me to log in to the DiscoverEU app, even though I’m already logged in. When I check the "My passes" section, I can see my name and the pass, but if I try to view the details, the app says my phone is offline—even though it isn't. Can anyone help me?

We were stuck in Amsterdam on January 5th this year when due to heavy snow in the region. It was gobal news. Without activating global pass, we were not allowed to enter platforms. We didn't know all trains would be canceled that day. We tried to contact them vie live chat but no one provided any help. We kept on trying staying with kids and hoping train to operate. We had to stay there that day and try again on January 6th. ICE 121 suppose to operate Jan 6th in 6am as per EUrail app data. It showed on time. But it got delayed same as Jan 5th. We finally got on overcrowded train at 8: 45. We filed issue on February after returning home. Our case was closed without any resolution. Global pass are deactivated now. We filed delay compensation after researching online. We lucky save screenshot and photos. Even after submitting with all proof, our case are being answered by multiple agents but no resolution. I am sure I was not the only one who was stucked in Amsterdam in January this year.

Bonjour à tous, Au mois d'août je vais partir pour un voyage en Interrail d'environ un mois et demi au départ du sud de la France et je compte passer par l'Allemagne, le Danemark, la Suède, la Finlande, l'Estonie, la Lettonie, la Lituanie, la Pologne et la fin du trajet je ne sais pas encore (Autriche puis suisse ou Autriche puis Italie ou Allemagne à nouveau... pour revenir en France). Ça sera la première fois que je partirai pour un aussi long voyage seul en traversant des pays que je ne connais pas comme ceux du Nord et de l'Est. Je voulais donc savoir s'il y a des particularités à connaître en passant par ces pays notamment durant l'été, et si vous avez des conseils à donner s'il vous plaît. Merci beaucoup !

Hi!I’m currently looking at journeys within the Netherlands, and I’ve found conflicting information in multiple places. I’ve read that ICE trains require a supplement when used within the Netherlands (not internationally!), for example the journey from Amsterdam Centraal to Utrecht Centraal by ICE 125, 12:33-12:57. The NS website seems to imply that this journey would require a supplement, but the Rail Planner app doesn’t show it as needing one, and it’s not listed on the Eurail website. Similarly, this NS website specifically states under the “In which situations can I travel without a supplement with Intercity direct?” header, that:if you are traveling within the Netherlands with a Eurail or Interrail pass, an Intercity Direct Supplement between Rotterdam and Schiphol is still required.This information is also repeated on the Eurail website.However, when searching for a matching journey on the Rail Planner app (for example Rotterdam Centraal to Schiphol Airport by ECD 9539, 12:21-12:

Hi everyone,I purchased Eurail 1st class pass for Spain recently. I then made a seat reservation with lyro train infinita class. I checked that they have luggage policies where advance reservation is needed in advance. However, when I logged in to the booking, seems to me the booking from Eurail is not amendable with the baggage option. Is it possible to reserve via email or visit the customer service desk for reserving one? I don't want to end up in paying 40 euros for one large bag's. Thanks in advance
