I live in the US and am trying to book train reservations from Huela or Seville Spain to Barcelona, then to Nice, then to Portofino then to Rome. Isnt there a company that can do this for you with a fee for services rendered. Eurorail is not very straight forward for what I am trying to accomplish. Thanks.
Hello,I am a parent who bought a flexi pass (10 days within 2 months) for myself (adult pass) + a kid pass + young adult pass (16).Now, I am wondering, since a young adult is with me and since i’ve got a phone travel passes for each person: is it possible that young adult uses that code separatly on her phone, and do some days of travel on her own. For example if she wants to travel home sooner. Thank you.Biba SJ
One of my goals in Europe is to ride a Sleeper train. I booked the EN 476 from Budapest to Prague. The lady I booked it with at the train station told me the reservation I made was for a bed (rather than a seat), but I want to verify because there was a language barrier and the reservation was so cheap -- only 10€. For context, I have Eurail first class.Attached a picture of the ticket below.
I am planning to travel trough Europe with a friend from the 28th of may until the 11th of june. We start from the Netherlands and would like to go to the balkans and back. We did a bit of research and found out that the international trains from and to Belgrado(Beograd) are not riding. But Belgrado is probably our most important stop because we would like to go from Sofia to Belgrado and from Belgrado to Zagreb. Can anyone tell us if this is possible in the period we’re travelling. Or that there is another option to travel from Sofia to Zagreb. We want to avoid going back to Budapest. And if it is possible without spending more money than necessary for night train reservations with our interrail card.
The Belgian National Railways have announced strike action between 5th–7th December. The train strikes will impact rail networks and travellers across Belgium. As there will be alternative train services operating, we recommend checking the SNCB timetable one day before the departure of your planned journey for up-to-date information. Delay compensation: Interrail travellers with an activated day for any of the affected dates can request compensation here.
The German National Railways have informed that rail traffic will be impacted with delays or cancellations in Southern Germany until Tuesday, 5th December due to heavy snowfall and the onset of winter. In addition, DB long-distance services are not expected to run on the following routes until Tuesday:Munich – Salzburg Munich – Innsbruck Munich – Lindau/ZurichEven after the resumption of operations on the affected routes, it is likely that limited train service will be possible due to the major weather-related restrictions. DB expects a very high capacity utilisation of the trains and continues to recommend postponing journeys to and from Munich. For more information, check the DB website. We suggest checking the DB timetable shortly before the departure of your planned journey for up-to-date information.

Hi I want to go interrailing next summer with my 14 year old son for roughly 2 weeks we have no interest in museums and stuff like that but just want an adventure with fun things to do and lovely scenery to see along the way, we are outgoing and like watersports and some mountain climbing anything exciting really. Im lost really as to what route to take , I've been to the likes of Amsterdam paris Munich most of Spain and Portugal so I've no interest in those places. The Slovenia croatia one caught my eye but I can't seem to find an itinerary of how many nights to stay where etc . Any help or advice greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave

We’re after a little further help planning our first, and likely last, trip to Europe in April/May, 48 days, flying into Rome and out of London. Because we’re in our mid 60’s, we need fewer stops, longer stays. We’ve purchased a 15-travel-day Eurail pass and already had some incredibly valuable advice from this web site, and we’re just trying to make sure our plan is sensible & we’re not missing something “unmissable”.We love the old architecture of Europe, mountains, lakes, scenery and wildlife, not so much the beach scene. The places on our “must see” list are as follows, listed in the order we are thinking about traveling:Tuscany,Lake Como. The Swiss alps – recommended was the Bernina & Albula railways between Tirano and Chur.Venice.Pordenone – I have family there so it’s 5 nights takenVienna.Zurich.The road from Dijon to the outskirts of Paris, which we hope to drive. I can make all the above work, but it’s a messy zig zag Como to Chur to Tirano to Venice, and I am not sur
Dear Community ,We are aware of a recent email you have received mentioning a 6-week expiry for your Passes purchased during the Black Friday promotion. Please disregard that information, and rest assured your Pass will only expire if not activated by June 1, 2024. There's still plenty of time to take your journey that makes a difference! For more information, please check the Pass conditions at Eurail and Interrail. We apologise for the confusion caused, and hope you enjoy your travels.
hi, my girlfriend and I would like to go to Berlin and Stuttgart next week starting from Bologna.I saw on the site that by purchasing the one country pass for Germany (which we are interested in to travel around this country only) the route from Bologna to Berlin and return is included even though it starts from a second country, can anyone confirm?

Hi 😀I have interrail global pass, and want to like to do a reservation for AVI 9742 from LYON PART DIEU (2:30pm) - Barcelona Sants (7:32pm). I get over the interrail seat reservation this error message: “It seems no price offer is available right now. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation, or buy a separate full fare ticket to board. You need to buy a seat reservation to board.”So i called SNCF and they said to me, this train doesn’t exist, so it’s an failure from interrail website. Could somebody confirm that to me? That i would look after a different connection. More background information why this train: So I will start the trip in Munich, and want to be before 9pm in Barcelona. so I found the connection (5am start in munich - 7:32pm arrival in barcelona) Thanks for you help! Patrick
I’m new to this so please forgive my lack of knowledge here. I’ll be traveling with two adults and four children from Paris to Barcelona in July. Would it be better to get a day or night train? Any idea when/where is the best time/place to book? Appreciate the help.

Hey there,I would like to travel from Cologne to Paris this Friday with my Interrail France Germany Pass.I've already read here in the forum that I can't travel directly from Cologne to Paris because the train goes through Belgium and that's not included in my pass. I would like to make sure that I have understood everything correctly:If I take the ICE from Cologne to Frankfurt, from Frankfurt to Karlsruhe and from there to Paris, is that ok? The journey still takes place in one day.And another question: Do I still have to reserve a seat on the ICE from Karlsruhe? It's a German train, but it goes through France, so I'm not sure.I'm a bit scared of this, as it says everywhere that you can't travel through your own country with the Interrail France Germany Pass. But I have to do it to get to France at all, don't I?Thank you very much for your help and best regards!
