No days showing in app

I have a 4 day interrail pass. In the app, there is no way of adding journeys to the pass, so all days show as available.

The reservations were booked via Rail Europe and SNCF, so only the Rail Europe show, that’s fine I have the others electronically and on paper. BUT these trips cannot be added to the pass to show a QR code. I don’t think proof of purchase of the pass will wash with the ticket controllers. If you press on add a journey, it only takes you to the planner and purchase of reservation. Cannot enter a unique reference. I think this app was designed in the 20th century!

Did you follow the steps on this page?

https://www.interrail.com/en/interrail-passes/interrail-mobile-pass/getting-started

Especially the ones under "Getting ready to board the train”?

If so, then could you please post a screenshot of where you are stuck?

Also note that the SNCF website does not sell pass reservations. SNCF only sell them by phone and at the ticket office. Are you sure you bought pass reservations?

The reservations for Eurostar and French trains were made through Rail Europe, not SNCF.

I am now trying to load the journey Bangor-Nice. the planner offers me a different Eurostar than the one I have a reservation on. I then tried to plan the journey for each leg, it still does not offer me the Eurostar at the time I have reserved and there has been no change on Eurostar’s part.

Should I just load the Bangor-Nice trip as one, even if the time of the Eurostar is incorrect, or should I do 3 separate parts of the journey?

You need to add the actual trains you use. You can add the trains individually if that helps.

As to Eurostar from/to London: in the planner results, the Rail Planner app shows a departure time that is 35 minutes earlier than the actual departure time. If you check the journey details though you should see the correct departure time; you can also compare the train number with the one on your reservation. This is Interrail's way of warning about the check-in (it closes 30 minutes before departure), but IMO this is not the way to do that. You can complain about that to customer service. If enough people do that, then this might change.
