I will be taking this bus that is covered by my Eurail pass next week. Since there are no reservations, can I just show my Pass and be allowed to board the bus? Will it fill up before I can board since I don’t have a reservation? thanks

It's very probably a rail replacement bus. Reservations not needed, just add the bus to your trip and then to your pass. Show the QR code to the driver and if they don't know what it is, simply say it's an SNCF ticket. That usually helps a lot.
Hard to say and in fact this is state of transition, I'll hope I can explain for non-rail-knowledge.
in the past there were loads of such buses in FR, named TER, equal to the local regional trains, and charging the normal rail fares. Hence IR/Eur was valid-just show pass-write down the route taken etc.
BUT since a year or 2 the new regions have taken over the organisation of such buslines and merged them with other buslines they are obliged to subsidize and make all villages accessible. It varies a lot in how they do that-some for just 1 eur/ride (I assume you wont complain too much about that) for any length, others for more and some other regions have not even started this process.
BUT in this case I suspect its simply a rail replacement due to urgent works on the line-often this is weekend work. As normal buslines wont go that far and along normal raillines.
The ultimate check is-as so often here explained, do NOT use this EU/IR planner, but go to the normal site TER.sncf-then choose region (Auvergne-Alpes) and check same trip. If this also shows this bus, then its OK. Even then its no 100% garantee. To double check see if there is a note somewhere that says '’line closed due to works '’-but in french, plus period.
I vaguely recall to have read in specialised press.fora smething about these works.
I already asked Eurail for a new updated list & link to this document
I am note sure if this is a RAilreplacement bus (then it´s included)
or if its one of the SNCF Buses accros France. Some of them are covered others not.
