When making seat resevation, the app says ''don't have any trips yet''

Hi! I activated my mobile pass in the App and booked a ticket to Paris. Now I wanted to book a seat reservation with the interrail website but it is not working because I can't see my trip details. Did I do something wrong?

but I already made a trip so that's why I'm confused. I guess I need to contact the customer sevice


Normally, a trip should have been created in your account after you bought your mobile pass. But you can also add one yourself.


 


What does "is not working” mean? Is there an error? If so, please post a screenshot.

By the way, it is not necessary to activate your pass or to activate a travel day to be able to book reservations.
