Is this included as part of interail pass if I travel from Zurich to flims as chur to flims is by bus but can be booked in sbb website.

Full price ticket from Chur to Flims is 14.20 CHF, you might be able to get it cheaper with a Supersaver ticket if you reserve in advance.
If you want to save a bit of money, you could take the train a little further to Reichenau-Tamins, and get the bus from there. Check the timetables carefully - it’s a 15 minute walk over the river to the bus stop at Tamins Unterdorf, although other buses do go from closer to the station.
