Our interrail account shows that our trip has already started. How can this happen and how can we change to the dates we wish to use?

Vi are planning to travel to Spain on 15.10.2021 til 15.11.2021.

We have bought 7 days travel in one month.

But our interrail acount shows that our trip has already startet 1.10.2021 and ends 30.10.2021!

How can this happen and how can we change to the dates we wish to use?

The name of our trip is FC Prostata.
