Hi please help!!!

I had selected to use today as a travel day on accident (13/07/2023) and I was meant to select tomorrow (14/07/2023)! I did not know that a travel day was used if it was on the app day of? Plus there were disruptions in services for the trains in Germany today anyway so it would not have been valid to use it today. 
 

I need all my travel days and I really hope I can get it back! I’m not sure if there is a way I can contact someone from eurail asap or have this question flagged. I’m desperate as my trip comes to an end soon and I need my all my days!

Du you have a flexi pass or a continuous pass? 

Did you add a journey for today's date and did you activate that journey?

Mention that you're travelling.

You'll have to use another pass day tomorrow and they should give you one back.

That's why we advise not activating pass days in advance...

This is my first time using eurail, I’m from australia! I had no clue this was a thing until I read some of the questions here
