For reservations in/from/to Germany, just use the DB website, with the "Seat only” option, because that's cheaper: DB charges just 4 EUR per journey (which can consist of multiple trains), whereas Interrail/Eurail charges per train and adds an extra fee of 2 EUR per seat. Reservations are optional by the way. So if we buy the seat only option would we just show our eu rail pass once we get to the train station?
