Dear community, My girlfriend and myself bought mobile passes to make a trip together this September. However when trying to book overnight trains, we run into the error of not having a pass cover number and/or issuer. Following comments on this forum we dropped Interrail an email weeks ago, but have yet to receive any response. As we are intending to depart soon and don’t have the flexibility to arrive at certain destinations with any delay, we REALLY need these reservations. We were wondering whether you have suggestions how we can work around Interrail’s failure to provide a reliable mobile pass reservation service?
