Hi,I tried booking my seat reservation for my train to Brussels from London on Saturday, After booking it I received an email from eurail with subject ‘Something went wrong with your reservation’. My payment has gone through in which they described in this email saying they will rebook for me or offer a refund. I replied asking eurail to rebook for me but haven’t heard anything back. I tried to book it again myself via eurail website but it says that the prices are currently unavailable. Through eurostar I also tried to book a reservation for the same train but was unsuccessful also as I don’t have a paper pass and they won’t accept digital. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I don’t know what to do as my train is this weekend. Thank you! :)
