I am attempting to make seat reservations on my eurail.eu account but I can not seem to add myself to a trip as a traveller, it states that my details are incorrect/do not match. I purchased my mobile ticket from national rail UK/eurail and have managed to download the mobile app and activate my ticket, but you can not make reservations for the eurostar using the app.
I do not have facebook or twitter, so I can not contact customer services. I wondered if anyone could advise/help me with this problem?
