Can not add Mobile Pass/traveller to account

I am attempting to make seat reservations on my account but I can not seem to add myself to a trip as a traveller, it states that my details are incorrect/do not match. I purchased my mobile ticket from national rail UK/eurail and have managed to download the mobile app and activate my ticket, but you can not make reservations for the eurostar using the app.

I do not have facebook or twitter, so I can not contact customer services. I wondered if anyone could advise/help me with this problem?

Just to update you, this seems to be an issue on our side. We are working hard to fix the issue. In the meantime, you can make use of the following workaround: 
1. create a new trip and add all travellers again manually. 
2. try if adding via the mobile pass option works (in case you have a mobile pass). If not:
- add as paper pass. The Pass Cover number you are asked to fill out in this case, can be requested by sending me a private message.
