I have two mobile 1st class passes through eurail but need the pass cover numbers to make a seat reservation for a tvg train from CDG airport to Nîmes. 
 

I need this urgently and require a response asap, please. 

Customer Support only work ordinary business hours so you will have to be patient to get a reply.

They also work during weekends, but I think only for urgent problems.


You need to contact Customer Support to ask for the Pass Cover Number. You can find the form here.

Customer Support only work ordinary business hours so you will have to be patient to get a reply. Right now Customer Support are overloaded with issues so the response time is longer than normal.

You can access this by using the chat bot function on the help page. I don’t know why it is not more easily accessible.
