Yes sure. There are 4 and 6 people couchette compartments (ladies only compartments too) and smaller sleeper compartments.
Check availability on nightjet.com or oebb.at (add Eurail as a discount).
Night trains are popular so it's best to book in advance. If Amsterdam - Basel is full, check Amsterdam - Zurich (extra carriages). If you have questions, mention travel date and we'll have a look.
