Hello,I canceled my ticket about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have not received a refund although this should only take 2-3 business days. My booking number is IN31564017.Many thanks and best regards Bjarne

Hi @Bjarne Magnussen, I'm sorry for the issue. We had some technical problems with the refund trigger in our system. However, this has already been solved on July 25th.

Could you please try to request the refund again from your account?

If it doesn't work, please send me a screenshot showing the error here. So, I'll be able to report this to our IT team. Please make sure to omit as much personal information as you can from the screenshot you'll send here.
