I am Brazilian, retired and my husband and me are tring to make a trip to Europe and visit some European Countries by train. We bought EURAIL passes in the RAIL EUROPE websibre, and the COVID PANDEMIC came, and now I am facing problems to solve the problem with RAIL EUROPE relatated to the passes we boght from them
