I’ve read a lot about how some of Eastern Europe doesn’t show on the rail planner and that you have to look on the local rail website to plan.

I have a global pass and currently planning a rough route. I’ve got to Bosnia and Herzegovina and I’m struggling to find a train that can actually take me into the county from Slovenia or Croatia.

Can anyone advise on this?

The only international train into Bosnia and Herzegovina runs from/to Ploče (Croatia), which is not connected to the rest of the Croatian rail network.
