Is “Zuerich Hb” the same location as what is known as Zurich in Switzerland, because Eurail calls it “Zuerich Hb”

It's the same.
Zürich is the name of the city, and since it has many stations the main station is Zürich Hauptbahnhof, or short Zürich HB. In the planner ü is spelled as ue.
