Hi, i go to Prague in a week and want to purchase my metro 3 days ticket on my phone , but unsure of how to validate the ticket, i understand how to validate the paper ones but unsure of how it works on the mobile and don’t want to get caught and have a fine.

I used that a few months ago and found it quite self-explanatory. From memory, after buying tickets, there's a button to activate them. Do note that the validity only starts a few minutes (I believe it was 2) after pushing the activation button.
