Totally true, it will save the reservation fee, that`s also the question in life, money or comfort :DCause I understood that Felix prefers to take the train directly without changing at Salzburg and would be okay to pay the reservation fee, in that case it would be the best to talk to them at the train station to see what is possible. But in favo to save money, it would indeed be the best solution ;)
Ich würde Dir tatsächlich auch empfehlen, zu einem DB-Schalter zu gehen. Normalerweise ist auch die Reservierung für München-Wien nur 14€ (sie fällt dann wohl sozusagen nur für den deutschen Teil an, wenn Salzburg-Wien frei ist). Am besten gehst Duu an den Schalter und fragst nach, je näher der Tag kommt, umso wahrscheinlicher ist ja auch das Kontingent erschöpft.
