Hello ! I have exactly the same problem : i just bought the pass and booked the trains for my trip to WARSZAWA but I can’t book the extra charge (seat reservation). And i saw it’s the same for any other cities and at any time, so Im wondering if it’s a problem from their website… But i can’t find any after sales service number ! If someone has some solutions, I would be glad to know it too ! Thank you
