I have exactly the same problem! Have you contacted to customer service or get any reply from them?
Have you checked the calendar and time setting of your phones? The calendar setting should be automatic from network and the time should be 24h clock (or anything similar). If you change any setting you must restart your phone and the app afterwards. I’ve already restarted my phone, but it’s still not working . I am thinking it’s the system problem.
