Same problem, it really impacts the usability as obviously most travels suggest using this "shortcut". Then please also contact customer service. They need to know what "quality” they're offering to realise that there's a problem. That’s what I did, but I also wanted to post a message here so more people are aware of the problem. Btw I got an answer from them yesterday saying that it should be solved by the end of the day, but it is not the case as it still does not work.
