Unfortunately I thought I would be able to download the pass since I had the app installed 😢
Thank you very much for replying! Since it was hard for me to get in contact with the interrail company and when calling the national rail they said that it is not possible to print a pass on the station, I decided it was best to not take any risks and buy new tickets from trainline instead (much more expensive though). I applied for a refund, but it seems to be only 85% which is a bit disappointing since the problem was not really my fault.
