Hi, I’m getting an error message when trying to activate my pass. Please see screenshot. It appears after I input my passport number. I’ve already enabled error logs on the app setting. what can I do? I’m due to start my travels next week. also, do I need to have the “trip days” planned with all the journeys listed on the app before I activate my pass? Thanks
Hi, I’ve just activated my pass and my first journey is tonight which is a night train out of my home country (outbound journey). Without thinking, I’ve added a travel day to this journey. Will the system realise this is only an outbound journey and cancel out this travel day / reset the amount of travel days? I can’t cancel this travel day as it is today. I marked it as an Outbound journey on my planner. Thanks
