Hi everybody, me and my friend booked a seat reservation for the train Bergen-Oslo. It was supposed to arrive at our hostel (Hostel Montana, paper ticket..) but it never arrived. And the fact is that we didn’t get any email/receipt but we payed. now we have two options: to explain our situation on the train (but I don’t know if it’s a good idea) or buy another seat reservation (but as I said we’ve already paid and It’s unfair..)Can someone help us? Thanks in advance :))
Me and my friend would like to buy the seat reservations for the train which goes from Hamburg Hbf (Germany) at 11.56 pm 31st to Copenhagen (Denmark). However, we can’t buy it online. It seems like it’s fully booked but we really need to get that train because the other option is to take other trains that don’t require any seat reservations but it takes too long (also considering that we’re leaving from Strasbourg, France). What do you suggest? Thanks in advance
