My family and I are trying to book the 3-day tickets for Top of Europe with our Eurail pass but the website lists the dates we’re going to (December 22-25) as ‘unavailable’ even though they said tickets would be available by December 11 2022. In fact, all the dates seem to be unavailable. Is there another way to book tickets for this?
My family and I are planning to reserve tickets for Brussels-Zuid to Antwerpen-Centraal. We have a Mobile Global Pass. When searching for it on the Rail Planner, only ones with seat reservations required are shown. However, when searching on the Eurail website itself, it shows trains that don’t require it. Is there a way to sync them up or find the ones that don’t need reservations on the App?
We are trying to reserve a sleeper train online but at the checkout, it marks it as seat. Is there any way to confirm these are indeed sleeper trains?
We have been trying to book an online reservation on eurail website but cannot complete payment. Everytime we enter the credit card information and press “pay”, the page refreshes without completing the transaction.
