I'm Greta, I purchased an Interrail Global Pass Youth Promo on November 27, 2022, the information about its validity at the time of purchase referred to 11 months while now, if I try to activate it on the rail planner app it tells me that I can only activate it by, and no later than, May 1 while there would still be 5 months of usability of the ticket.
