Hi, I would like to make all the reservations for me and 2 other friends. We all have our own mobile pass.When I try to add other travellers to the trip with their e-mail and pass number, an error keeps occurring.Can somebody help me? Thanks in advance! Anke
Hello,we are facing problems to get to Madrid.We are leaving on Monday in Porto early in the morning and have to be in Madrid in the evening, because the next day we have to leave at 06:30 for Paris.We cannot book our reservation in person and when we call they say all the trains that day are fully booked.Is there a possibility we could still get a seat on the train from Ourense to Madrid or just try when we are there?thank you!
Hi, I am trying to make a reservation for the nighttrain from Paris, Austerlitz to Port Bou (Spain) for the 4th of Aug. via the reservation tool, however it says that it is not possible anymore to make reservations via the tool.Same counts for our travel back home when I try to book Barcelona - Paris Gare de Lyon (17th of Aug)…Should I call to sncf or renfe or can this be solved otherwise? Hello! I would like to use my global pass in the beginning of August to travel from Brussels -> Paris -> Hendaye -> Lisbon by Sud Express (night train) with two friends. I did the same route two years ago and back then I booked my extra reservations in June. Now I am having trouble with booking that night train as there is no information available about schedules and prices...Anybody who has the same issues? Thanks in advance!
